I’m still smiling after yesterday’s Neurodiversity in Business Co-Working Day 💙
I feel so proud to be supporting such amazing people. It was a powerful day of connection, focus, and shared understanding — seeing people work in ways that truly suit their brains, supporting one another, and leaving feeling calmer and more accomplished is exactly why these sessions exist.
One piece of feedback really stayed with me:
“Thank you for today! I realised when I got home that my brain doesn't feel like it's going a mile a minute and I feel that's to do with the fact that I got things done and took the time to think about that fact instead of beating myself up for what I didn't do, like I usually do. You made that happen! ❤️”
This is what neuroinclusive spaces are all about, reducing overwhelm, celebrating progress, and helping people work with their brains, not against them.
✨ The next Neurodiversity in Business Co-Working Group is on 4th March at The Kiln (Worcester) — I’d love you to come and join us! More details coming soon.
