YOU AND YOUR BABY’S HEARTBEAT SYNCHRONISE ❤️❤️ One thing we love in our classes is seeing you gaze into your baby’s eyes. But did you know that when you and your baby make eye contact something truly magical happens. Both your and your baby’s nervous systems begin to co-regulate — meaning that your bodies start to align physiologically.

One fascinating effect is that both your heart rates can synchronise.

This happens because of a process called bio-behavioural synchrony. Through eye contact, touch, voice, and facial expressions, a baby’s heartbeat, breathing, and even brain activity can begin to mirror the mother’s.

It's the body's way of creating emotional safety and bonding — crucial for a baby’s development and a mother’s wellbeing.

A new baby brings big feelings for little ones. Helping your toddler adjust doesn’t have to be complicated. These 3 quick tips can ease the transition and help them feel secure, involved, and loved.

👦Keep routines steady�Familiar routines help toddlers feel safe during big changes.

👧🏻 Involve your toddler. Let them in making choices like choosing what socks the baby is going to wear or the bedtime story for both of them.

🧒Use positive language
Remember to praise your toddler A LOT and phrases like “I’ll play with you after baby’s feed” feels better to your sensitive toddler than “Not now.”

TRUST ❤️ With all the information, measurements and numbers that are thrown at us during pregnancy, it can be difficult to remember that our bodies are amazing.

As is the journey we are on. Mother Nature created an incredible blue print with our bodies.

The process of growing a baby inside of us that has remained the same since the beginning of time.

We need to trust this ancient wisdom and process and have faith in the journey we are on ❤️
