This International Women's Day, the 3CHH team celebrates the achievements of our women workshop attendees and the progress we make together.

This year's theme, Give to Gain, highlights the power of reciprocity and support. When individuals, organisations, and communities give generously, opportunities for women expand and support deepens.

Support enables women to thrive individually and allows our collective light to shine even brighter.

At 3CHH, we remain committed to empowering women to live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives, today and every day.

New dates for workshops with Tracy, Auriol and Kerry will be announced soon, so look out for those and remember everyone is welcome. We're a fully inclusive charity removing financial barriers to holistic wellbeing.

Dear beautiful Earth Angels.😇
We had a beautiful gathering today with two new shining lights.
The crystals shimmered beautifully, reflecting tiny sparks of light around the room, as if echoing the higher energies anchoring within our sacred space.
The messages received from our Angels cards were perfect and deeply inspiring. The guidance from our Guardian Angel Archangels Zadkiel, Metatron and Sandalphon flowed with clarity and grace bringing transformation, higher wisdom grounding and balanced harmony exactly where it was needed.
Thank you to each beautiful soul who shared in this circle. Together we created a sanctuary of love and peace that continues to ripple outward.🤗😇💫
