I’m honoured to share some wonderful news… This Thursday at 2pm, I’ll be joining the Shift Happens podcast for my very first interview. It feels like a sacred invitation to shine my light and speak from the heart. I’ll be sharing the story behind 3 Counties Holistic Healthcare Charity, our vision for the 2026 Mental Health & Wellbeing Workshop courses, and the soul-guided journey that became my book, 7 Steps to Reconnect with Your Guardian Angel A Divine Journey. My intention is simply to show up as myself steady, sovereign, and aligned and allow Spirit to guide every word.
