Flow with Sof I aim to bring fun and challenge into every class all while giving your mind a break from the busy world we live in.

🧘🏻‍♀️Vinyasa yoga teacher (200hrs) Yin (40hrs)

📍Classes every Wednesday, 6-7pm at St Martin's Church Hall - upstairs hall, (London Rd Pre-school) WR5 1ED.

📩 £8 PAYG or £35 for 5 classes Classes every Wednesday 6-7pm 🧘🏻‍♀️

I am passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others ✨

My favourite style is a firey vinyasa - I love flowing through a vinyasa sequence, connecting movement and breath. I always described the feeling yoga gave me as ‘feeling like a feather’ - both mentally and physically and hope my classes give this to my students too!

We’ll start by flowing on our mat with vinyasa before hitting the earth and spending some stillness in our yin practise ✨
