I am passionate about sharing the magic of yoga with others ✨

My favourite style is a firey vinyasa - I love flowing through a vinyasa sequence, connecting movement and breath. I alwa

ys described the feeling yoga gave me as ‘feeling like a feather’ - both mentally and physically and hope my classes give this to my students too!

Not the weekend we’d planned with the actual weather and both feeling a bit under the weather but it was still so so lovely to spend time in nature, breathe in that fresh mountain air and enjoy exploring some different trails that we probably wouldn’t have done if it was dry and cloud free 🍃✨
