Our team will be taking a well deserved break this Easter and we will be closed today from 5.30pm until Tuesday 7th April.

If you are a member of the practice and are experiencing a dental emergency with uncontrollable bleeding, swelling, or pain that does not respond to pain relief, please call 111 immediately.

For any other urgent dental issues, please call
07522 478494 and leave a brief message. One of our on call dentists will return your call as soon as possible, to provide you with advice and guidance on what to do next.

Please note that our on call service operates between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Outside of these hours, please contact 111 or call the 24/7 emergency dentist on 0330 175 9995.

If you are contacting us regarding a non urgent dental matter, please leave us a message, or call us when we reopen on Tuesday 7th April.

What an amazing day it’s been!

Jessica has had a fantastic time today with the Gloucester Independent Dentists Group. Such a great opportunity to connect, learn, and share ideas with like minded professionals.

We were also lucky to be joined by Chris Barrow from the Extreme Business Academy. With over 20 years of experience training and coaching businesses within the dental profession, his insights were truly invaluable .

Jessica is feeling inspired and motivated after a brilliant day, and can't wait to share the new ideas with her team!

Happy Pancake Day!

Also known as Shrove Tuesday, today is all about enjoying your favourite pancakes. Whether you love them stacked high with syrup and berries, drizzled in chocolate, or kept classic with lemon and sugar.

But while you’re treating your taste buds, don’t forget to look after your smile too.

Sugary toppings can increase the risk of tooth decay, so here are a few simple tips to keep your teeth healthy:
Enjoy sweet toppings in moderation.
Drink water after eating to help rinse away sugars.
Wait 30–60 minutes before brushing (especially after sugary or acidic foods)
Brush twice daily with fluoride toothpaste.
Don’t forget to floss!
