For bespoke care that caters to all of your needs whilst you remain in the comfort of your own home, Helping Hands can provide Home Care in Worcester, the support you need to retain your independence and wellbeing. Our carers can assist you with domestic duties such as cooking and cleaning, collecting shopping, attending appointments, personal care, mobility difficulties and medication administration, as well as being a source of companionship. Our professional and friendly team are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), which means that they are closely monitored to ensure that they deliver care that is safe, effective and responsive and to the highest standards possible.

“My day is structured around the needs, preferences, and routines of each individual I care for.”

At Helping Hands, we love celebrating the incredible people who make a real difference every day. Today, we’re proud to share Adyanna’s story - one of passion, purpose, and a genuine commitment to person-centered care.

“Growing up, care was always part of my world. My Nana was a carer for the council, and my mum has worked in care for over a decade. Watching their dedication left a lasting impression on me. I started working in care just before turning 17, alongside my mum while still in college, and I haven’t looked back since.”

Adyanna joined Helping Hands in March 2024 at just 19 years old and has been making an incredible impact ever since.

“What I enjoy most is getting to know each client’s routine and personal preferences. There’s something incredibly meaningful about being able to brighten someone’s day - even more so knowing that we might be the only friendly face they see. That motivates me to always deliver the highest standard of person-centered care. Helping Hands is a fantastic company for people who genuinely care about making a difference and creating positive moments in others’ lives.”

Fostering a culture of inclusion, engagement, and wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do, and this week, our Support Office team brought that spirit to life with one of our wellbeing walks around Alcester.

This activity is an important part of helping our team stay connected, support one another, and reinforce the community spirit at the heart of everything we do.
