“How often should I have Reiki?”
For a long time, I have been saying, “See how you feel; everyone responds differently; you will know the right time to book in for another session." And although this is true, experience tells me that some are still yet to gain the confidence to know when the right time is...
The truth is, Reiki works best with a little consistency — especially if you’re new to it, feeling a bit “off”, or navigating a life change.
One session can feel calming and clarifying.
A few sessions close together allow your system to properly settle and realign.
So I’ve created something simple and supportive:

Designed for those who:
• Are new to Reiki
• Feel out of sync or unsettled
• Are moving through grief, relationship changes or other life challenges
• Want steady support rather than a one-off session
Three 60-minute sessions to be used within six weeks.
