Healing of the self is the highest gift you can honour your soul. Reiki healing is a journey of self-acceptace, self-love and giving grace for where you are in your life. As my personal Reiki master teacher, I highly recommend Charlotte Denham 💞🥰

At reiki first degree we teach our students the most important thing of all. How to give healing to yourself. How to give yourself love, empathy, understanding and compassion. How to give to yourself all of those things that we happily give to others.
Even as reiki masters the healing on ourselves never stops. In fact, reiki masters course isn’t actually about mastering reiki healing. It’s about mastery of the self.
What an incredible gift to be able to give yourself every day. It doesn’t mean the hard stuff won’t happen. It does mean we can cope with it and have a beautiful way to heal from it.

Our next Reiki First Degree course is coming up on 22nd-23rd March and our next Reiki Masters course will be in August.
