Some high quality work on ACL rehab this week. A few years ago I was lucky enough to visit Bill Knowles in Philadelphia. Bill is one of the top rehab specialists in the world (you might have seen him with Andy Murray during the "Resurfacing" documentary). I learnt a lot from him and utilise a lot of what he does with my rehab clients
