What is Reflexology?

Reflexology is a complementary health therapy involving the application of pressure to specific points on the feet, to promote body balance and natural healing processes.

It is based on the belief that these points correspond to different organs and systems in the body. Reflexology aims to reduce stress, improve sleep, alleviate pain, and restore overall well-being. We use a non-invasive technique which stimulate the body's innate ability to heal itself.

You may ask, how long does it take for reflexology to work?
