WHAT'S NOT IN THE BOX?
It’s not what’s in the box it’s what you can tell me about the box.
Welcome to 'what's not in the box'. So called because it used to be an exercise with items hidden in a box, but now they're not.
For this you are extending your energy to the item in the picture. You're not travelling to the item. You're connecting with the photo.
Quieten your mind.... it's not a guessing game. You can try sitting quietly and concentrating on your breathing for 5 or 10 minutes first. If any thoughts come in just acknowledge them and then push them aside. Just visualise a blank canvas.
Then try and connect with the item. We're all different, so here's some ways that you can try. You can do a mix if that resonates with you.
Feel or visualise pushing your own energy, your Ready Brek glow, your aura out to connect with the item. Do it in waves or outward breaths if that works better, like you're expanding yourself out.
Have a conversation with the item.
DON'T THINK! Just write down the words or images that you get without even thinking. The first things that come along.
If you think then your mind will create a whole story of it's own.
It might be that you don't see the images directly, or hear words, it could be a feeling or sense of what they are about, for, or the emotion they hold. Don't dismiss messages just because they seem random. When you get something through then ask questions - who does it belong to? Who bought it? Was it a gift? When? Does it have meaning?
