My treatments of complementary health care does not attempt to replace the G.P. but does cover a comprehensive range of methods and techniques which will help to remove the cause of “disease”. NICE (National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence) recognise the benefits of complementary health

All of my treatments are holistic, which means it affects the whole person, physically, mentally, and emotionally. This means that we have time to listen and assess your physical and emotional well being and treat you accordingly.

Our brilliant leader Jane is recruiting new voices. You don’t need to read music if you can talk, you can sing! 💛

Did you know house flies dislike certain scents so much, they won’t even come near? 🌿

I use a gentle blend of lavender, lemongrass, and citronella essential oils to keep my space smelling beautiful, fresh, and fly-free without chemicals. 🦋

My Fly-Deterring Diffuser Blend
🌸 5 drops lavender
🍋 3 drops lemongrass
🌼 2 drops citronella

Add to your diffuser with water and let the fragrance create a peaceful barrier. Perfect for kitchens, open windows, and summer days.

🐾 Be mindful: Always diffuse in a well-ventilated room and allow pets to leave if they wish. Avoid long run times or placing diffusers near animal bedding. Use low concentrations or one oil at a time if you share your home with sensitive animals.

Flies may not appreciate the aroma, your soul certainly will. 💖

Week 3 Reflection
Today’s session was deeply enlightening. Each of us took a moment in stillness, sensing our Guardian Angel standing behind us gently placing a hand on our shoulder, reminding us of the truth of our being.
We are divine.😇
When we connect through the monad, our higher presence flows through every cell of our body, radiating light and love to the world around us.💜
As we prepare for Week 4, we’ll gently recap the most beautiful parts of our journey so far,bringing together the essence of all four sessions. This is a sacred pause to absorb, integrate, and celebrate the healing and soul remembrance that has taken place.🙏

✨ If awakening, ascension and angelic enlightenment are calling to your soul, I will be continuing the workshops through September, October and November, guiding us toward a transformative 5-day retreat that includes Angelic Reiki Attunements Levels 1–4 (Master Level).
Date and venue to be arranged
This will be a sacred opportunity to deepen your connection to the angelic realms and step fully into your role as a vessel of divine light and healing.

I accommodate appointments throughout the week and can facilitate evenings and Saturday appointments. If you are unsure of the correct therapy to suit your health issues I offer a free consultation. My treatments of complementary health are Holistic, does not attempt to replace your G.P., but does cover a comprehensive range of methods and techniques which will help to remove the cause of “disease”.
