Just choose a class that works, register, pay and then attend as many classes as you want each week. Yoga is available for every body. If you have a mind and a body you can do yoga. Please remember to breathe always in and out through your nose, especially at this time!
I have been teaching yoga in Worcester for over 8 years, have accrued over 4500 face to face teaching hours experience and absolutely love sharing the benefits of yoga. Having practised yoga on and off since the age of 10, I'm familiar with all the different styles of yoga and how to teach safely especially if adjustments are needed, although these are limited whilst we practise yoga online. I teach traditional Yoga and use blocks, straps, chairs and walls when necessary to assist people and make yoga accessible to everyone, but dont worry there are plenty of ways to improvise during lockdown regarding equipment. I am a UK Embassador of Accessible Yoga ensuring its available to every body.
Yoga Classes at Yoga 7 are for complete beginners to the more advanced Yoga student & everyone in between. Come as you are and experience the difference Yoga makes in so many aspects of your life. After just 3 months of a weekly attendance you will notice significant and positive changes, not only to your physical body but your mental well being too. As a practising Christian I have found enormous benefit in the practise of yoga for assisting in the discipline required for meditation and prayer necessary for a relationship with God. Yoga uses the physical to go beyond the physical.
Currently running 7 online classes weekly with personal tuition available online at a time to suit. There is also a monthly evening Yin Yoga class on the last Friday of the month. If you cant find a class to suit your schedule- then please get in touch and together we can make it happen. No joining fee or contract. Nothing hidden and no small print-a full 90 minutes of Yoga.

Sivananda Qualified RYS 300 hours. Continued professional development includes Pregnancy yoga, Accessible Yoga, Teen Yoga, Kids Yoga, Yin Yoga, Accessible Yoga & a TTC refresher.
