✨ What is Reiki? ✨
Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is a gentle, ancient Japanese healing practice that works with your body’s natural energy. The word itself means “universal life force energy.”

A Reiki treatment invites your body into a deep state of rest, helping to rebalance your energy and support your natural ability to heal. 🌿

During your session, we’ll start with a relaxed chat so I can understand you and any areas you’d like me to focus on. You’ll then lie down fully clothed, wrapped in a soft blanket, while I gently place my hands on or just above your body.

Afterwards, you’ll have time to come back slowly, enjoy a glass of water, and we’ll talk about your experience. If you’d like, I can also share any insights that came through during your treatment.

The body holds stories — moments of stress, grief, and emotion that were never fully expressed. When we work with the body through touch, breath, or energy, those old layers can begin to surface. Tears, laughter, or a deep sigh of relief — all are signs that release and healing are taking place.
