Want better sleep? 💤 Your breath can help.

Try the 4-7-8 breathing technique before bed—it’s simple, fast, and incredibly effective at calming your nervous system:

1️⃣ Inhale through your nose for 4 counts, filling your lungs and belly.
2️⃣ Hold your breath for 7 counts, allowing your body to absorb the calm.
3️⃣ Exhale slowly through your mouth for 8 counts, releasing tension.
4️⃣ Repeat 3–4 times.

Why it works: this technique activates your body’s natural relaxation response, slows your heart rate, and signals your mind that it’s time to rest. 🌙

An Indian head massage includes massage of the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp, face and ears. The massage uses firm yet gentle, rhythmic movements that cover acupressure points called Marma points.

The treatment usually takes place in a seated position and oils are applied to the upper back, shoulders and arms. Next, if you wish, oil may be used in the hair as part of the head massage. Finally, a gorgeous, light Temple Spa facial oil is used for facial massage.
