Life with a new baby can be tough..

And if it's your first time experiencing it, a massive shock to the system..

Endless nappies and night feeds, never feeling like your feet touch the ground..

It's okay to call for back up! It's okay to need some help! We were not designed to cope with this alone!

If your friends and family are far away ( or even if they're not) and you feel you need an extra pair of hands..please get in touch.

There is no shame and there will definitely be no judgement!

What there will be is a smiling face, a ray of sunshine, a helping hand, a listening ear, a shoulder to cry on, whatever you need.

Join me and Abbie .birthing.malvern and our wonderful Roaming Birth Tribe walk and talk group on the 6th at & the 20th at , these are perfect for expectant mums to come and share their experiences, ask questions and meet new friends!

On the 9th I will be joining other stallholders at the amazing Family Fun Day at Norton Parish Hall, organised by the young, talented Amelia at , please do come and say hello on your way around this exciting new event!

Then on the 14th & 28th I will be joining the lovely Kirsty at for our Pregnancy and Baby Forest Bathing sessions held at , two groups, one for pregnant mummies and another for mums and babies under 6months. Come and join us for a well deserved rest and reset amongst the trees!

And on the 16th I will be at fabulous FREE Summer Wellbeing Festival run by at , where there will be lots of wonderful things to see and explore including reiki, soft play, crafts and face painting!

The Roaming Birth Tribe is perfect for you if:

Join me and my amazing partners in crime next week!!

ON THE 21st MAY THE ROAMING BIRTH TRIBE will be meeting at Bilberry Cafe, Victoria Park, Malvern at 10am. This group is perfect for pregnant women!! We will go for a gentle walk whilst chatting all things pregnancy and birth, sharing tips on the best ways to get what you want and do things your way and on hand to answer any questions!
We will then head back to the cafe for a drink and more chat - there's always more!
This is a FREE event, no need to book (but if you'd rather let us know you're coming you can do this via Eventbrite).

ON THE 22nd MAY our PREGNANCY AND BABY FOREST BATHING SESSIONS will take place at Worcester Woods Country Park. We will meet at the entrance to the woods by Orchard Cafe, walk to the perfect spot to relax, unwind and take in all of mother nature's offerings!

FOREST BUMPS - 10:30-12pm - is perfect for second trimester mums to be and TREE TOTS - 1-2:30pm - is designed with mums and babies in mind. Both ideal to relax and reset both the mind and body.
