I am an experienced Sports Therapist of 10 years based in Worcester, specialising in Sports Massage, providing the very best in remedial, corrective and therapeutic massage therapy. Fully qualified and insured, I have a strong commitment to updating my professional knowledge and skills. Each session is tailored to the clients need, whether it be general tightness/soreness, chronic pain or injury a

nalysis. I specialise in providing sound and practical treatment and advice on rehabilitation programmes to get you back feeling as good as new, as quickly as possible. I work in professional sport and am the Sports Massage Therapist for the the Worcester Warriors rugby team, a position I have held since 2007 . I also provide injury clinics and match day provision for both the Warriors and a local community club. I have also worked with the Tongan National Rugby squad during the Churchill Cup competition. I run a home based clinic in St Johns, Worcester which offers a professional treatment in a relaxed and friendly environment with daytime and evening appointments available to suit your needs. A mobile service is also available for treatment in your own home if more suitable to you. Always great to catch up with before pre season gets underway! Really exciting to see Matt back at as part of the rebuild! Slightly alarming though to realise we started working together over 16 years ago when he was just 17!! 😫 way to make us both feel old now (but mostly me!!)😂

Hello! A quick note to make you aware that from 1st august 2025 my clinic hours will be altering slightly.
I will be offering evening clinics on Mondays and Wednesdays until 9pm but no longer working late on a Thursday.

Clinic opening will now be
Monday -daytime and evening
Tuesday - morning only
Wednesday - daytime and evening
Thursday- daytime only

This means the same number of sessions available just a small change to the evening clinic.

Any appointments booked from 1st aug onwards will follow these new hours.

This is a notice for all clients to let you know that as of 1st feb 2024 I will be altering my price structure slightly. I have been hoping to avoid a price increase and I managed to hold off for all of last year however due to increased running costs of the clinic and supplies I’m afraid it’s now become necessary to make a small increase.

Prices as of 1st Feb are as follows-

£50 for 1 hour of Sports Therapy including consultation, assessment, hands on treatment and any follow up rehab or exercise programming required

£50 for 1 hour sports massage

£36 for 30 mins sports massage

£53 for 1 hour pregnancy massage

Block bookings are available at the following prices (block booked sessions are to be used within 12 months of purchase)

3 sessions £140 (saving of £10)

5 sessions £230 (saving of £20)

10 sessions £450 (saving of £50)
