Our Sam is a bit of a legend in our team .....and has run lots of different groups over the last 25 years all over Worcester, as well as being great support to all the consultants shes worked with in that time.
She now runs all of her groups out of St.Peter's Baptist Church Worcester 🥰

Meet your consultant 🥰
My name is Sam and later this year I'll be celebrating 25 years in my role as a slimming world consultant... a job I do with a passion and love as much today as i did when I very first started 😍
As Worcester & Malvern Slimming World longest running consultant I've seen many changes over the years as you can imagine, when i first started we had analogue scales, paper record sheets and red and green days and it was fab .... NOW I'm absolutely loving what we have in group , our new ESSENTIALLY SLIMMING WORLD MEMBER BOOK , With the edition of a healthy fats choice, our revised group sessions which gives more flexibility for learning and sharing, and the amazing amount of resources members have at their fingertips 24/7 via our app,website, blog and social media ..... I didn't even have a mobile phone when I first started (god that makes me feel old) 🤣

When I first started as a member i was an extremely fussy eater but food optimising was so flexible and generous i was able to plan meals around foods I did like and lose weight..... and as someone who is a self confessed chocoholic and someone who likes a drink or two socially.... I love that i could absolutely fit these in to my plan so that I lost weight without ever feeling hungry OR deprived 😍......... 25+ years on and im still a member to manage my own weight, im far less of a fussy eater (thanks to slimming world) and love ❤️ the editions of our fabulous slimming world food range available in Iceland Foods and our meal kit delivery boxes available through www.slimmimgworldkitchen.co.uk (message me for a discount code) ...... for times where we need a bit of convenience, or want to try something new with ease 😀

Average meals i enjoy on plan ....
Breakfast, bacon and egg sandwich, egg and beans on toast, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs or weetabix cheesecake 😋
Lunch, jacket spud cheese and beans, a slimming world ready meal (current favourite marry me chicken pasta) a chicken salad wrap with fruit or pickles on the side
Evening meals, a huge plate of stir-fry with salmon, steak and chips with a creamy mushroom sauce , homemade kebabs and curries (with naan bread now too😍)
