Currently, the risk assessment for relies on clinical experience level of individual professional. This really increases the caregivers’ workload and also makes the worflow become more complicated.

Hence, centralizing and systemizing the decision flow can streamline the workflow of risk assessment, improving the accuracy of patient care process.
