As you may know, the current Zen Shed incarnation closes its doors permanently on July 2nd 2023.

Cindy and Claire will be continuing to bring their Sound Bath experiences across Worcestershire but this will be their last one at the studio and for now while they explore new venues and avenues.

If you haven’t already been to one of these, now is your last opportunity at this venue and for a little while with them, so come soak up the sounds and snuggle down as we take you on one last journey at The Zen Shed 🙏🏼💜✨

Just a gentle reminder that we have our monthly Yin & Gong Bath next Sunday at 10.15am with Claire and Cindy. This is a great way to get a feel for our Sound bath experiences if you haven’t already been to one but also unique in that we’re finding some gentle movements to those sounds. The practice is also included in your monthly memberships unlike our workshops and we also welcome drop ins to the studio which are £16 for this practice!
