I have been involved in complementary therapies from a very early age. I completed my Reiki I at age 13 and Reiki II age 16. In 2012 I graduated from the University of Derby after studying a BA (Hons) degree in Complementa

ry Therapies which gave me my Aromatherapy and Reflexology skills and further developed my Massage skills, (as I had completed a ITEC Level 3 diploma in Massage when I was 18). I have had personal experience of how complementary therapies, when twined with conventional health care, can assist in many fantastic ways holistically to help bring back balance, health and wellbeing to your life and soul. I am trained and insured in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage with the IFPA, Balens and CNHC. I am also a Neals Yard Organics Consultant and I work part-time as an Occupational Therapy Assistant on the Acute Stroke Ward. Please feel free to contact me, I'd love to hear from you!

So proud of this, along with my 🟠.

Slowly getting to more of where I want to be, not easy work with a toddler, and I'm still not 'there' yet, wherever 'there' is, but little steps...

Saying it's hard work with a toddler is true, and yet, I couldn't have got here without him, so for that I'm forever thankful! xx

Next step, becoming a mental health first aider for the NHS Trust. 🤞 And being more adept at helping those who come to see me at VHT with mental health issues.

Having completed my intensive two day face to face training in Mental Health First Aid by Mental Health First Aid England I am now pleased to also be an orange button holder.

This means I am confident and trained to talk about su***de.

🟠 Su***de is the main cause of death in the under 35's,
🟠 5 young people complete su***de every. single. day,
🟠 But with early intervention and support su***de can be prevented.

These statistics are UK based only.

So, stop and talk to me. I'm listening.

Hello and a very warm welcome to you, thank-you for stopping by =) I hope you will find this page helpful and find what you are looking for, however if not please feel free to contact me or visit my webpage: www.victoriahartsite.wordpress.com I have been involved in complementary therapies from a very young age, I completed my Reiki I at age 13 and Reiki II age 16. In 2012 I graduated from the University of Derby, with a 2:1, after studying a BA (Hons) degree in Complementary Therapies which gave me my Aromatherapy and Reflexology qualification and furthered my Massage skills (as I had completed a ITEC Level 3 diploma in Massage when I was 18). I have had personal experience of how complementary therapies, when twined with conventional health care, can assist in many fantastic ways holistically to help bring back balance, health and wellbeing to your life and soul; as well as empowering you to take charge of your own health. I am trained and insured in Reiki, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Massage with the IFPA, Balens and CNHC. I have experience of delivering my treatments to adults and teenagers with mental health issues, namely eating disorders and depression, after working at a eating disorder charity in Derby called First Steps Derbyshire for three amazing years! I have also briefly worked as a volunteer at Acorns Children's Hospice and Free Winds in Solihull. I set up my own business 'Victoria Hart Therapies' in July 2016 and I am pleased how its been received so far! In addition to working on my dream business I also work as an Occupational Therapy Assistant Practitoner in Neurology at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, so if you spot me come and say hi!
