Massage can help you be more aware of what's going on with your body and mind.
Massage is essentially about touch,going back to nature and nurture with the first touch we experience as babies. Touch is one of the strongest sensations we can experience ,which is why Massage has been practised for hundreds of years.
Massage makes you feel relaxed and can have a profound effect on releasing emotions,sometimes unexpectedly.
Some people find it difficult to pinpoint where their pain is.Regular Massage can help you to more accurately describe where the pain is coming from.Your more likely to feel when an issue is coming back and use further treatments to prevent the issue rather than let the pain get worse again.
For posture once tight muscles have been loosened, the chest opens up,shoulders are down and you can look straighter.

Massage can be a weapon against burn out and stress .It can also aid productivity. This is good news for people with busy ,fast paced lives.
We are all busier and with increasing stress juggling a work life balance ,we can all use massage as a tool to cope with life's hectic schedule and the tiredness it brings with it.
Massage boosts productivity, we are all ever more present on social media, 24/7 Internet, mobile phones notifications and many other distractions,its often hard to concentrate and get your work done ,especially as many of us have been working from home recently.
