It’s Saucy Chef Tuesday and today we were following our beautiful resident Catherine’s family recipe, Apple Crunch!

This morning we took Catherine to the supermarket to pick all of the ingredients, then we got her original recipe and followed it every step of the way… it was beautiful 🤩

The recipe can be found in our Saucy Chef Cook Book in reception📕

On Thursday we celebrated in Perdiswell Rose style with a huge party for all of our residents February birthdays, including 4 in the last week alone 🎉

We also received the amazing news that Perdiswell Rose Care Home received an amazing award! We are proud to say we are one of the top 20 homes in the West Midlands 🏆

We had an amazing afternoon! Thank you to Debbie Miles for the fabulous entertainment and to everyone that has made this possible ❤️
