Some excellent variations of the roll back. Hopefully i won't have to clench everything before doing this next week. Sigh!

Some bad news. Nunnery has said that Tomas cannot come to my classes with me. As he has been coming since he was in his carry car seat. He is now a level 1 boxer and with him i demo combinations and advanced work. No one has ever complained but management told me this morning. Therefore I had no choice but to quit immediately as he was with me today. So i'm afraid i will no longer be teaching at Nunnery.

A request. If anyone has this terrible virus that goes to the chest and is booked into my classes. Can you please cancel, this virus can be serious to anyone that has respiratory or cardiac problems.
