🌙 JOB OPPORTUNITY – In charge Carer 🌙

Albion Lodge is a family-run residential care home where we believe in looking after everyone — including our staff — with care, respect and support.

We currently have an opportunity to join our supportive and well-led day team as an In-Charge Carer on a rolling two-week rota:

Week 1
Monday 7.30-2pm
Tuesday 7.30-2pm

Week 2
Monday 7.30-2pm
Tuesday 7.30-2pm
Saturday 7.30-2pm
Sunday -2pm-9pm

Additional cover shifts are also available.

Week 1
Friday 9.00pm – 7.30am
Saturday 9.00pm – 7.30am

Week 2
Monday 9.00pm – 7.30am
Wednesday 9.00pm – 7.30am

💷 Rates of Pay:
Weekday: £12.75 per hour (NVQ £13.45)
Weekend: £12.95 per hour (NVQ £13.65)

Additional cover shifts are also available.

Albion Lodge is a friendly, family-run residential care home, proudly based in the beautiful village of Hanley Swan, Worcestershire. We’re currently looking for Care Assistants to join our lovely team, including those interested in bank work.

🕒 Available Rotas (Rolling 2-Week Rotas)

ROTA A
Week 1:
• Tue 7.30am–2pm
• Thu 2pm–9pm

Week 2:
• Mon & Tue 7.30am–2pm
• Sat 7.30am–2pm

ROTA B
Week 1:
• Fri & Sat 2pm–9pm
• Sun 7.30am–2pm

Week 2:
• Wed & Thu 2pm–9pm

(Other days are OFF – great for work/life balance!)

💷 Pay Rates (depending on experience)

Weekdays:
• Basic: £12.25 per hour
• NVQ/Diploma: £12.60 per hour

Weekends:
• Basic: £12.95 per hour
• NVQ/Diploma: £13.30 per hour

✨ Looking for extra hours?
We have nearly 5,000 holiday cover hours each year, plus rotas available at least 3 months in advance, with opportunities for last-minute shifts too.

A BIG thank you to Deb & Rich for bringing the handsome Duke to take one of the residents out for a spin. It was an amazing sight and the sound of the clip clop of Dukes mighty hooves added to the magic- thank you again!!
