When we work with energy and the power of the mind the first thing we do is apply the healing and experiences to our own selves - this is the way we raise our energy after being attuned to any form of energy healing whether it’s Reiki , Connecting with the Angels , initiating and working with the power of crystals and gemstones , essential oils, natural herbs flowers and all things that our beautiful Mother Earth has to give to us.

The mind is a power tool and when this clear and aligned through all the major chakra centres of which there have been more than 7 for many may years now our body’s cells can reenergise as they recalibrate and once we allow without fighting or trying to want or control and we are acting in the highest good for our ow souls , facing our shadows daily and thanking the world divine source for me it’s god for all we have is here before us.

We can as we raise and clear our selves through these energy channels once attuned rise and raise our own frequency and bring forth heaven on earth …… below brings forth the start of my heaven on earth and there have been many many shadows to face to get to this point now …. However everything comes for the highest good of one and all and when it is all heart centred and brought forth with love true integrity it just happens ….. here is to going forward with many more entering their own heaven on earth as it’s here for one and all should you so choose …
