The First day of Spring 🌿✨💚

The light is returning, Mother Earth 🌍 is awakening, and the smallest signs of new life are beginning to show all around us 🌱

After a time of going inwards during the darker months, this feels like a gentle reawakening for me too… Spring feels like the true beginning of my year – a season of fresh starts, renewal, and simple, sacred moments 🫶🏻

Take time to notice the beauty of the little things… the warmth of the sun, the sound of birds singing 🐦, baby lambs in the fields 🐑 and those quiet pauses that bring us back to ourselves 🤍

May this new season gently awaken your spirit, bring light to your path, and fill your days with warmth, renewal, and quiet moments of joy 🌷✨

✨ Welcome to Wellbeing Wednesday — a gentle pause in the week, offering you a sacred little something to support you in honouring yourself. ✨

I've been focusing on ways to improve my health, wellbeing and pain levels cause by arthritis and fibromyalgia. After reading lots of positive reviews about Shakti Mat I decided to treat myself.

I bought the level 2 mat, pillow, rings and roller ball. After the initial shock of laying on it the discomfort starts to subside after a couple of minutes. I spend around 20 minutes laying on the matl and pillow utilising the time focusing on my breath. I definitely feel its helping me with my focus and sleep. The 'rings' have helped with swelling in my thumbs and fingers caused by arthritis. Definitely worth looking at.

✨ May this be a sacred little something that gently reminds you to honour yourself, today and always. ✨
