That’s why I work intuitively — tuning into your energy, listening to what your body, mind, and soul are asking for in the moment.

Sometimes that can mean combining therapies, blending Reiki with Reflexology, weaving in Access Bars, or creating a space for deep relaxation with other healing tools 🌿✨

Each session becomes a bespoke experience, shaped around you and where you are right now. Guided by intuition and compassion, my aim is to bring you the healing, balance, and support that feels right for your journey.
