Great evening delivering a taping and strapping course at Club last night 💪🏉

We covered a wide range of taping techniques for the ankle, knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist and thumb – all using top-quality supplies from 🙌

We also explored the "PEACE & LOVE" approach to acute soft tissue injury management – a modern, evidence-based guide for supporting recovery and long-term outcomes 🧠🩹

Plenty to get through, but everyone who attended did a fantastic job picking up some complex techniques. Thanks to all who came along and got stuck in! 👏
