We are pleased to announce the addition of Dr Aimie Seaton to the team at Belvedere Dental Practice and as a result are now accepting new patient bookings to Aimie’s list.

Dr. Aimie Seaton has joined us after relocating from Essex. Aimie qualified with a BChD from Leeds University, graduating with distinction in 2014. She went on to complete a Diploma in Primary Dental Care from the University of Kent in 2016. Since then, she has worked in both private and NHS practice across Essex, continually advancing her skills to deliver the very best care and treatment for patients.

Aimie is passionate about all aspects of general and restorative dentistry, particularly root canal treatments. This interest led her to complete a Postgraduate Certificate in Endodontics from the University of Chester in 2024. This qualification has enabled her to accept internal referrals for root canal treatments and re-treatment cases.

She is dedicated to creating a comfortable environment for all her patients, including families and those who experience dental anxiety, helping them overcome their fears and regain confidence.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Aimie is a mum to her energetic 3-year-old son and an aunt to nine nieces and nephews! She values quality time with her family and enjoys painting, hiking, and outdoor swimming. She is excited to explore all that the beautiful Lake District has to offer!

It’s National Diabetes Awareness week, which is a great time to announce that we are taking part in some Diabetes related research.

The study is looking at whether risk-assessing patients for Type 2 Diabetes in a dental setting could lead to earlier diagnosis.

If you are:
✅ between the age of 40-80
✅ not pregnant
✅ haven’t been diagnosed with diabetes in the past

It was all smiles last week when Dental Therapist Fiona and Dental Nurse Julie visited St Michael’s Nursery and Infant School for some Dental Education. 🦷🪥

We visit St Michael’s opposite the practice most years to help provide Oral Hygiene Instruction to the children and try to engage discussions about the importance of looking after our teeth from a young age. 😁

Thank you to the School, Staff and its pupils who are always so welcoming, we hope you enjoyed the visit as much as Fiona and Julie did. 🤩
