Our December Reward & Recognition draw has now taken place. Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit nominations – it’s lovely to read such positive feedback about our team.

Rachel received several nominations this month. One that really stood out was how, on her day off, she picked up her service user and took them to deliver Christmas presents to friends and family. This meant the absolute world to them and truly shows the care and kindness Rachel brings to her role.
