Tuesday 2nd December, Healthy Hopes Cumbria's FREE groups will be at Carlisle, Workington & Wigton, Our Carlisle Health and Wellbeing session from 10am-11.30am Denton Holme Community Centre, Our Workington Health and Wellbeing session 10-11.30 at Workington Masonic hall, Gordon Street, and our Wigton 'Drop-In' at the Cornerstone Methodist Church, High Street, 12-30 till 2-30pm .
