✍️ Stress Awareness Month 2026 – Poetry Competition ✍️
As part of Stress Awareness Month, TalkZone are inviting young people to use poetry to explore stress — how it feels, what causes it, and how you cope with it.

Your poem could explore:
💭 How you understand or view stress
💬 Your personal experiences
🔥 What causes you stress
🌱 Ways you manage, cope, or find calm

👥 Age categories:
• 11–16 years
• 17–25 years

📩 How to enter:
Email your poem to talkzone@centreplace.org.uk by Monday 23rd March.

Age category
Contact details (the phone number/or email you want us to contact you on if you win)
Permission to share your poem on social media (only if you want to - If shared, we will only include your initials and age category)
Please make parents/ carers aware you have entered (if applicable)
A copy of your poem

Talking Therapies offer support surrounding Peri-Natal difficulties to anyone requiring support or for those with a child under the age of 2 years old, both mothers and fathers. For support with Child-loss, Post Natal support, support with difficult times such as NICU or SCBU life and for general support around this area.
