GIFT VOUCHER REGULATIONS

Please read the gift vouchers regulation.

• Gift vouchers are a form of prepayment entitling the holder to use a specified service or amount for a massage at the salon, in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Purchases of gift vouchers are valid for any available service or any amount.

• Required information for purchasing a voucher includes: the type of service or amount, the name, surname, and phone number of the recipient, and the person placing the order.

• Vouchers can be used once or for multiple visits, depending on their value and expiration date.

• Voucher redemption requires prior booking.

• Vouchers can be transferred to another person after prior arrangement. You can also change the type of service or add an additional service to your treatment after prior arrangement. In such cases, payment must be made according to the current price list.

VOUCHER VALIDITY

Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. After this date, the voucher expires and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

If the value of the selected service exceeds the value of the voucher, the difference must be paid before using the service.

💥Each voucher has an expiration date‼️

💥Appointment bookings should be made no later than 15 days before the voucher's expiration date.

💥After the expiration date, the voucher expires and the appointment is forfeited.

💥The voucher must be brought to the scheduled appointment.

💥If an appointment is canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, the voucher is considered redeemed.

💥If the voucher is lost or destroyed, the salon is not responsible for its unused value.

Proszę o zapoznanie się z regulaminem voucherów podarunkowych.

• Voucher prezentowy – forma przedpłaty uprawniająca posiadacza do wykorzystania wskazanej usługi lub kwoty na masaż w gabinecie, zgodnie z obowiązującym regulaminem.

• Voucher nie podlega zwrotowi ani wymianie na gotówkę.

• Zakup vouchera prezentowego obowiązuje na każdą dostępną usługę lub dowolną kwotę.

• Wymagane informacje do zakupu vouchera to: rodzaj usługi lub kwotę, imię, nazwisko i numer telefonu osoby dla której będzie voucher oraz osoby zamawiającej.

• Voucher można wykorzystać jednorazowo lub podczas kilku wizyt – w zależności od jego wartości z uwzględnieniem daty ważności.

• Realizacja vouchera wymaga wcześniejszej rezerwacji terminu.

• Istnieje możliwość przekazania vouchera innej osobie po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu szczegółów. Można również zmienić rodzaj usługi lub dodać dodatkową usługę do zabiegu, po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu. W takim przypadku należy uregulować koszty według aktualnego cennika.

WAŻNOŚĆ VOUCHERA

Voucher ważny jest przez 3 miesiące od daty zakupu. Po upływie tego terminu Voucher traci ważność i nie podlega realizacji ani wymianie na gotówkę.

W przypadku, gdy wartość wybranej usługi przekracza wartość Vouchera, różnicę należy dopłacić przed skorzystaniem z usługi.

💥Każdy voucher ma swoją datę ważności ‼️

💥Rezerwacja terminu powinna nastąpić nie później niż na 15 dni przed datą ważności vouchera.

💥Po upływie daty ważności voucher traci swoją ważności a wizyta przepada.

Consider a prenatal massage?
It is a wonderful way to support your well-being during pregnancy.

What to expect❓️
Prenatal massage is all about using very gentle massage techniques that are effective with pain relief and discomfort.

Also, unlike a traditional massage, prenatal massages are typically done while you lie on your side. To help keep you comfortable things like pillows and firm cushions (bolsters) can be used.

When should you get a prenatal massage❓️

Recommend waiting until the beginning of the second trimester (12 weeks pregnant and beyond) to get massage.

It's essential to understand the benefits and considerations before booking your appointment.

Always communicate openly with your massage therapist about your specific needs and any medical conditions. In some cases, permission from midwife is required.
