The people who live with us celebrated Australia Day.

We started by making Australian treats like fairy bread and Lamington Tiffin, whilst we watched a classic episode of neighbours. This afternoon we have learnt about the history of Australia, listened to a selection of Australian music and looked at Australian animals and sampled the treats we had made earlier and completed a quiz about Australia.

Set in a beautiful part of Nottinghamshire, the large specially converted grand grade two listed period home was built in 1824 and is set in 30 acres of grounds. We have two acres of landscaped gardens and a nine hole putting green for our residents to enjoy.
