The people who live with us have enjoyed playing on our exciting new Able Table. The sensory apps, musical instruments and games have been a huge hit for everyone!

To celebrate National Banana Split Day, the people who live with us enjoyed designing and decorating their very own delicious banana splits, which we enjoyed eating afterwards. It was a great day had by all!

The people living with us enjoyed an afternoon of entertainment from the talented Richie Lee. We all enjoyed dancing and singing along to our favourite songs, and the More...Socialising this brought!

The people who live with us enjoyed learning about Italian culture.

We made paper chains in the colours of the Italian flag, made delicious pizzas, which we enjoyed eating with mocktails and biscotti whilst we listened to Italian opera and watched videos about rich Italian culture and history. A day full of More...Connection!

The people who live with us enjoyed a visit from Josie, Heritage Engagement Officer at the Aurora Centre Worksop, who brought a varied selection of items from days gone by, including scrap books, knitting patterns, toys, games and a wind-up gramophone!

Everyone had an opportunity to handle the objects and share memories and stories whilst listening to several old '78' records. A big thank you to Josie for making it a very special afternoon full of fun and laughter!

The people who live with us enjoyed MORE seated exercise to a selection of 'West End' musical tunes! Everyone chose their favourite musical songs and for a touch of sparkle, we added glitter pom-poms to our routines!

The people who live with us enjoyed a trip to Thoresby Park thanks to our friends at Myley.

We enjoyed looking around the beautiful grounds, followed by a visit to military museum, and finishing off at the courtyard cafe for coffee, cake, and More...Fresh Air!

The people who live with us enjoyed a taste of France!

Everyone was keen to sample a glass of wine, accompanied by a range of delicious French cheeses and pate, followed by a selection of sweet pastries. Listening to music featuring French artists and watching a tour of Paris, brought back many memories and stories of visits to France. A day filled with More...Socialising, where to next?

At the weekend, friends and family’s joined the people who live with us for our Annual Summer Fair!

We enjoyed watching the amazing belly dancers and learned a few moves ourselves. We were also entertained by our long time friend, Brian the singer. Unfortunately we didn’t go ahead with the dog show because it was too hot, but we had lots of fun!

The people who live with us celebrated World Chocolate Day with a special afternoon, tasting a variety of different chocolates and learning how chocolate is made.

One of the carers told us all about his grandfather growing cocoa plants. Everyone had a brilliant day!

This weekend, the people who live with us enjoyed a garden party to celebrate American Independence Day, we enjoyed rock and roll entertainment from the amazing Rebekah Austin, and had face painting, courtesy of neuroglow.

Everyone had a great day enjoying singing, dancing with friends and family, and More...Socialising!

The people who live with us enjoyed More...Fresh Air during their trip to Thaymars ice cream parlour, using the Myley bus company.

A couple of family members met us there, and we all enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the delicious ice cream. It was a great afternoon!
