                                            Don’t let your cup get too empty!
There’s are lots of small ways you can make sure you’re supporting yourself  properly.
If your cup needs a refill, try these small tips:
- attend one of our groups
- write in a journal
- get some fresh air
-  slow down
- go for a walk
- make time to play 
- be creative
