Don’t forget we’re at the North Notts Bid wellbeing event this Wednesday 💓

📍 The Bridge Skills Hub, Bridge Place, Worksop, S80 1DT

This free, drop-in event is open to ALL with no booking required.

The day will bring together 40+ health and wellbeing exhibitors, offering advice, support and practical guidance. Exhibitors will include ourselves, NHS Talking Therapies, BPL, National Kidney Federation, Physio Pilates Retford, North Notts College, Aurora Wellbeing and many more.

Attendees can also enjoy:

🗣️ Informative talks from health and wellbeing professionals
🧘🏻‍♀️ Interactive demonstrations, including yoga, massage tasters and spin bikes
📈 Free blood pressure checks throughout the day

This event is designed to support healthier workplaces and communities across North Notts, all in one accessible location.

Valentine’s Day Reminder 💗

Valentine’s Day can feel heavy for a lot of people. Everywhere you look, there are reminders of relationships, romance, and grand gestures. But here’s something important to remember:

It’s okay to be single.

Being in a relationship is not the definition of happiness — and it’s definitely not a guarantee of good mental health. Sometimes, the most powerful love story you’ll ever have is the one you build with yourself.

Find yourself first.
Know yourself first.
Choose yourself first.

Learn what makes you feel safe. Learn what brings you peace. Heal the parts of you that need attention. Build a life that feels full on your own.

When you love yourself deeply, you raise your standards. You stop accepting less than you deserve. And when the time is right, you’ll let someone in who truly respects, supports, and values you — not because you need them to complete you, but because they complement the strong, whole person you already are.

Valentine’s Day can be difficult for some — and that’s valid. If today feels lonely, overwhelming, or triggering, be gentle with yourself. Your worth is not measured by your relationship status.

You are already enough. 💛
