Monday self care day, taking time for me. Today I’ve had a beautiful healing crystal reiki treatment at MeTime Holistics
It’s important to recharge because our lives are so crammed full. Having recently had some skin cancer removed, competed my Level 1 in Chi Medics and jumping straight into Level 2, it was much needed and I’m so grateful to my beautiful friend Debbie for realigning my energies 🙏🏻✨

Taking the day to put myself first, with a much needed visit to get my feet spruced up with the fabulous Kathryn and home for a gorgeous relaxing massage from my wonderful friend Carole. Now for a quiet afternoon with my feet up and a large glass of water or two. Hope you get to have a bit of me time too.
