✨Why I chose an holistic path ✨

For years, I lived with the challenges of endometriosis and the heavy weight of anxiety. My body felt out of balance, and my mind was constantly running on empty. Eventually I realised I needed more than just the pills to push through — I needed true healing, inside and out.

That’s when I turned towards a holistic lifestyle 🌿 Instead of only treating symptoms, I started to nurture my whole self — body, mind, and soul. Through natural practices, energy work, mindfulness, and gentle self-care, I began to feel lighter, calmer, and more connected to myself again.

It hasn’t been a straight road and I still have flare ups from time to time (and now perimenopause has been thrown into the mix too!) but it’s been the most rewarding journey. Living holistically has given me tools to support my wellbeing every single day and that’s why I’m so passionate about sharing it with others who may be on a similar path. 💛

Just over two years ago our beloved Sherlock went missing 😔 but last night I received a call from a local vet to say he had been handed in by a lovely lady that had been looking after him 🥰 He had been living in her garden for a while and it had taken some time for him to build up some trust with her, she had even bought him a little house to sleep in 🥹 then yesterday she managed to get him in a carrier and took him to the vets to see if he belonged to anyone ❤️

We are so thankful that he is back home safe and sound and so grateful that there are some lovely, caring people out there 🙏🏼🖤🐱

Reiki is deeply personal, and the frequency of sessions depends on your unique needs:

💫For general wellbeing → once every 3-4 weeks helps maintain balance and calm.

💫During stressful times → weekly sessions can bring extra support and grounding.

💫For deeper healing → a short series (e.g. 4 sessions close together) can help shift energy and release what no longer serves you.

💫For self-care → many people book a monthly session, like a “reset button” for mind, body & spirit.

Remember, Reiki meets you where you are — there’s no right or wrong frequency, only what feels best for you 💛
