Freed Beeches Eating Disorder Service FREED Beeches is a FREE mental health service who specialise in eating disorders, disordered eating and their many co-morbidities.

We work closely with other services such as statutory adult & CYP services and alongside other community organisations FREED Beeches accepts both SELF REFERRALS and GP/HEALTH PROFESSIONAL REFERRALS. You can SELF Refer Via the website using the link below

Are you, or someone you know, struggling with food, body image, exercise, or mood?

FREED (Focused Recovery from Eating and Emotional Difficulties) is now offering free counselling and nutritional support for individuals aged 16+ across the Bassetlaw and Mid Notts area.

We provide a safe, supportive space for people facing eating difficulties and related emotional challenges — whether it’s bingeing, restricting, compulsive exercise, or overwhelming thoughts about food and self-worth.

🧠 Self-referral is quick and easy — just scan the QR code on the poster or get in touch directly.

📍Based in Worksop, with remote support also available.
