Designed for young athletes who want to move better, get stronger, and level up their performance.

⚡ U11s (Weds 6th & 27th Aug)
A fun, structured intro to athletic development – focusing on movement skills, jumping, throwing, gym basics, and bodyweight training. Perfect for building confidence and coordination in a safe, supportive environment.

🏃 Ages 12–16 (Thurs 7th & 28th Aug)
Challenge yourself with elite training methods used by top athletes. Improve speed, power, strength, muscle, flexibility, core and more — all under expert coaching.
