OUR NEW YOGA TEACHER 🥹 Rebecca is starting to teach a Hot Yoga beginner class on Monday. This will be tailored for everyone to enjoy. If you want to have a slower flow or want to learn in detail about the poses, this class & Wednesday class are for you ✨
Rebecca is a Midwife ❤️ and is looking at training for post/prenatal classes 👀 she is qualified in Vinyasa and Yin so you're in good hands 💕

MEET MOLLY ✨✨✨
We are so excited to announce that Molly will be taking classes on Thursday nights in the Reformer studio ☺️ Molly‘s passion towards Pilates started from her mum, who is also a Pilates teacher 💕 She started teaching in 2023 and has recently moved here from Manchester. Some of you may have seen her in class… she is so lovely we knew she'd be the perfect fit for you all.
