Are you struggling with difficult emotions, that sometimes seem to come out of nowhere? Anxiety for no apparent reason?

I can help you identify, understand and start to make changes to whatever it is that is keeping you stuck in cycles of stress, anxiety and overwhelm etc.

Our behaviours and emotional responses are often shaped by past experiences. These experiences can leave lasting impressions, creating ( unconscious) patterns that affect how we react to situations today.

Together we will look at your past experiences to gain understanding on how they might be impacting you today.

By identifying recurring themes and triggers, we can pinpoint specific situations that lead to emotional distress, unwanted behaviors and negative self talk that you may not be aware of.

Understanding the connection between past events and current feelings can help you see why certain situations bring up strong emotional responses. You may feel numb, anxious, exhausted, irritable, angry, broken, invisible even! ( I see many women who say this is how they feel).

■Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping

EFT can help move, and process supressed / stored emotions whilst regulating the nervous system. Reducing stress & other uncomfortable emotions.

■Hypnotherapy

Using the power of suggestion, we can work to change negative thought patterns and behaviours.

■Mindfulness Techniques

Learn to stay present and reduce the impact of negative thoughts and feelings.

■Stress Management Skills

Techniques such as deep breathing, muscle relaxation, and Tapping to help you cope better with stress and anxiety.

■Emotional Regulation Skills

Strategies to help you manage intense emotions, such as anger, grief or sadness, in a healthy way.

■Self-Care Practices

Develop routines that promote physical and emotional well-being, including better quality sleep, such as journalling, and movement.

Good morning!

I've been a little quiet as I decided to have a short break from social media, slow down and rest ( which was needed as the nasty virus got me!)
All good now, and I'm looking forward to getting back to work🤩

So much of how we react to current situations relates back to past experiences.
This is where patterns and beliefs are formed. We will carry on repeating the same patterns if we don't understand what's causing it, and get to the root.
When we begin to understand why we feel like we do, things start to make sense. From here, we can start to make different choices, work through any fears and doubts that may have been unconsciously keeping you stuck in unhelpful patterns of behaviour,cand help you to move forward.

Us humans don't tend to like change!
Even though we crave something different, we tend to stay where it feels familiar & safe - even if it's making us miserable.

Change can bring up feelings of FEAR and uncertainty, and we tell ourselves ' its easier to stay where it's familiar, but nothing change from this place.

The truth is ~ change is possible!
I've lived this experience, and this is why I believe in the work so much!

Be The Change

We all have our own struggles and challenges to deal with. I had tried every other avenue to help me come to terms with my own personal life challenges, including anti-depressants, CBT and counselling. After years of battling on and off with depression, extremely negative thoughts and zero Self-worth I had reached my lowest point. It was here that I was (thankfully) introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques). This proved to be the solution I had been looking for, and so my journey of self development began.

Fast forward to today I feel a totally different person, my mindset is now that of a survivor- I am no longer stuck in victim mode, hence I am now in a much happier place helping others with their own struggles to live a happier life.

The investment in yourself is the best investment you will ever make I cannot stress how effective these therapies and techniques can be in providing an alternative solution in helping YOU to feel better from the inside out.
