More on the Shadow Self
☆
Through my work with regressions, quantum meditation, spiritual coaching and deep soul remembrance, I have learned just how delicate and sacred this terrain truly is.
When we open ourselves to expanded states of awareness, we are not just accessing insight or healing. We are stepping into the fullness of who we are. We are meeting the vastness of the soul.
At the highest reaches of consciousness, time does not flow in a straight line.
All lifetimes exist at once. When someone enters that space, sometimes without even knowing it, they may encounter what I understand as the shadow body.
These are the parts of self formed through every lifetime the soul has ever lived, and the memories that have been waiting to be seen.
Long before I consciously explored soul histories or broader energetic connections, clients were already accessing shadow lives that were deeply human, often confronting, often misunderstood.
Lives where harm, fear, distortion, and imbalance were present.
These experiences can feel overwhelming.
Many practitioners might soften or redirect these journeys, but I did not.
I felt called to hold them as they came.
Looking back, I now see why those early experiences entered my field. I was learning how to hold truth without judgement.
As the work deepened, I began facilitating sessions that didn’t just offer insight - they transformed the inner architecture of people’s lives.
Some discovered that their sensitivity, empathy, and calling to heal came from having once known darkness from the inside.
They remembered lifetimes where they played roles that didn’t feel sacred or noble.
And through remembering them, they finally understood so much about their present patterns, relationships, and energy.
What followed was not shame but relief. Systems softened. Energetic fields found coherence. People became more sovereign within themselves.
The shadow didn’t disappear, it was met, acknowledged, and integrated. Once met, it no longer had to act out through projection or fear.
I have walked this path myself. I have faced lifetimes and energies that revealed uncomfortable truths about who I have been and how those experiences weave into why I am drawn to this work now.
This is not about justifying those experiences.
It’s about honesty.
True healing begins with clear and compassionate seeing.
When we meet all of ourselves , without denial or avoidance — we bring healing to places that once carried fear.
This is why I do not position myself as a love-and-light-only teacher.
That version of spirituality misses complexity.
To guide others, you must acknowledge where you have walked in both light and shadow.
When shadow is denied, it does not vanish. It shows up through resistance, projection, fear, disconnection, or repeated patterns of struggle.
I have seen this again and again within spiritual communities.
There is a division happening for those expanding into higher consciousness without understanding the full breadth of the energies they are accessing.
These energies are not purely light or purely dark.
They are parts of self.
When we label parts of ourselves as unworthy, unwelcome, or “less than,” those parts become unresolved. And unresolved aspects have a way of returning until they are met with compassion and integration.
I have seen how those who resist or fear certain energies find themselves repeatedly entangled with them simply because there is an unrecognised familiarity at the soul level.
When this is reflected back it can provoke anger or denial. But recognition is rarely comfortable.
Energy recognises energy.
There is always a reason something keeps finding its way to you.
We are not separate. We are connected.
True shadow work is not about techniques, bypass, or avoidance.
It is not about battling darkness or pretending it does not exist. It is about meeting the totality of who you are with honesty, responsibility, and kindness. Only then can real integration occur.
This is the work I am committed to, because it kept appearing in my field.
My role is to hold these experiences with integrity, safety, and depth, so that genuine transformation, sovereignty, and peace can arise.
And now, I’m inviting you into a live space where we will explore this even more deeply.
Truth Reset Workshop:
I am holding a Truth Reset Workshop at The Kind Living Space, a day designed to help you meet shadow and light in the body and nervous system with clarity, honesty, and compassionate awareness.
This is a space to explore how unresolved lifetimes, embodied patterns, and unintegrated energy show up in your present experience — and how to begin meeting them without resistance so you can move into deeper sovereignty, presence, and true inner alignment.
The workshop is held in person at the Rookery Retreat Cabin in Worle, and you can find full details and secure your place here:

In this workshop you will be supported to:
• recognise and meet shadow aspects without denial
• experience grounded presence rather than avoidance
• deepen your sense of sovereignty and inner clarity
• learn to sit with embodied truth in a held and safe container
This is not about light versus dark.
It’s about truth above illusion, and a reset of your internal field that invites your life to reset around you with greater coherence.
You are welcome whether you’re newly encountering shadow or have been on this path for years.
This is an invitation to meet yourself honestly, to hold space for what is real, and to step into a deeper connection with who you truly are.
Spaces are held with care, intention, and heart and I would be honoured to hold this space with you ❤️
