We usually focus on our sauna timings but thought it might be handy to remind you about other aspects of how we do things which you may have missed or never knew about…

🌈Sauna hats - we now offer sauna hats in four fabulous colours: cream, slate grey, sea green or red. Priced at £25, you can even have your name embroidered on it!
🌿Face masks and body scrub - choose one of our optional add-ons, either a face mask (with mint, green tea and aloe vera) or an invigorating salt scrub (with lavender, lemon, geranium, rosemary, frankincense, peppermint, and lemongrass). Each are priced at £3.50.

Life gets busy; all the lists, screens, the rushing from one thing to the next. We’d like to think that we offer a brief escape from the noise. The phone goes away, the only sound is the fire and the sea, and time slows down for a while. Children age 5 and up are welcome in our sauna (when accompanied by an adult) so if it's something they've not yet tried, why not book one of our 30 minute private sessions and see how they get on? 😃

In the same way that the sauna provides an opportunity for adults to relax and take time out, the same applies for many of the children we've had the pleasure of hosting. They can enjoy the warmth and health benefits of the sauna itself and, typically, they love being on the beach as well. (Plus you get your sauna without having to think about childcare!)

🐚All our sauna sessions (community, women's and private) are available to browse on the website. Private saunas can be booked in 30, 60, 90 or 120 min blocks.

😎Many of you are regulars and know the drill but if you’ve not been in a while, it’s always useful to be reminded of what to bring. You should bring two towels with you; one to sit on, another to dry yourself with. Don’t forget your water; it’s a good idea to keep yourself hydrated when using a sauna.💦

👙Do ensure that any swimwear has no metal fasteners as these will get very hot! The same goes for metal jewellery. Ouch!

👣Finally, don’t forget your flipflops or a similar type of beach shoe (which you leave outside the sauna). We have a good amount of info on our website (which has a new look!), plus we’re always happy to answer questions.
