Sauna for Solidarity: A Collective Fundraiser for Gaza

Hey sauna community,

Our hearts are heavy as we witness the ongoing catastrophe in Gaza. Alongside sauna spaces across Sussex, we're coming together in compassion to raise funds for urgent medical aid.

📍This Sunday, August 3rd, we invite you to join Fire, Salt & Sea and other participating saunas

✨100% of all proceeds will be donated to Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP), delivering emergency healthcare where it's desperately needed.

🐚If you're trying to mix things up a bit this summer holiday for the kids, perhaps we can tempt you along for a sauna? Our private sessions start at just £40 for 30 mins (the ideal intro; step it up to 60 mins if you fancy it), and it's a great way to have some quiet time together as a family or with friends.

Children age 5 up are welcome to experience the sauna, as long as they're accompanied by an adult. We have cool hats to try on, a watering can for easy coolling down, and oranges to refresh you at the end of your session 🍊

Just because the sun is shining doesn’t mean a sauna isn't a good idea! In fact, there's nothing better than a good sweat followed by a refreshing dip in the sea.

It boosts circulation, is deeply relaxing and, of course, you get that unbeatable hot–cold–hot contrast! With high tides this weekend around lunch time, it's easiest to swim/plunge from mid-morning to late afternoon/early evening.
