With many years of experience supporting families through important care decisions, Tracey brings warmth, understanding and a genuine passion for helping people. Being able to support families in her local community makes the role even more special.

After nearly 20 years in care, this has always been my dream role and being able to do it in my hometown makes it even more special. I love meeting people and supporting families to navigate the care journey.

Drawing on my experience as an an Associate Discharge Coordinator, I’ll be supporting families, often at difficult times, to understand their options and make informed decisions.

Living by the beach, I enjoy sailing and walking my dog. I’m also a big rugby fan, enjoy football and love spending time with my family, especially my three granddaughters.
