With many years of experience supporting families through important care decisions, Tracey brings warmth, understanding and a genuine passion for helping people. Being able to support families in her local community makes the role even more special.

Here’s a little more about Tracey and what inspires her…

After nearly 20 years in care, this has always been my dream role and being able to do it in my hometown makes it even more special. I love meeting people and supporting families to navigate the care journey.

Drawing on my experience as an an Associate Discharge Coordinator, I’ll be supporting families, often at difficult times, to understand their options and make informed decisions.

I love meeting residents, families and colleagues and knowing that even the smallest things can make a big difference to someone’s day.

By listening, understanding their concerns and providing clear information so they can make confident, informed choices about the right care at the right time.

🏡 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐜𝐡𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞?
A friendly team and a truly homely environment, where residents can continue living their lives with the right level of support.

🌊 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐞𝐧𝐣𝐨𝐲 𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤?
Living by the beach, I enjoy sailing and walking my dog. I’m also a big rugby fan, enjoy football and love spending time with my family, especially my three granddaughters.

✨ 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮?
Sociable, friendly, helpful.

Meet Henry & Harry, a pair of 10-month-old twin Hoglets🦔

We had a lovely visit from this pair, and our residents could not wait to meet them. We learnt all about hedgehogs and had a great question-and-answer session. Did you know baby hedgehogs are called hoglets? 😀

It was such a pleasure meeting these adorable brothers, thank you to Graham from St Francis Animal Care for our brilliant morning at Tarring Manor 🤎

Our trip down Memory Lane was a big hit this week 🤩 Residents brought along photos and albums to share, and we had a brilliant discussion of our favourite memories, talents and careers. Our First Floor explored music of the decades and made their own memory lane posters with favourite songs and singers. Complete with old sweets and drinks to taste like dandelion and burdock, we had a wonderful time reminiscing together 💕
