We would like to inform you that our practice is temporarily unable to accept new proxy access requests for patients aged 11-15 years old. This pause is due to an upcoming change in the process for managing online record access for this age group. We are waiting for further guidance and system updates to ensure the process is applied correctly and safely. We shall share further updates as soon as the new process is in place. In the meantime, please keep an eye on our website for the latest information.

The practice will re open as usual at 8am on Thursday 9th October. Thank you
