It's been a really busy summer for Thursday Yoga.🧘.
I am grateful for how many people chose to share yoga with me.
I have spaces presently for this week. ❤️

We had a beautiful yoga class tonight full of lovely energy, and we had a visitor in the 🧘 meditation. 😍

Tomorrows yoga is not looking as busy, I have a few spaces left. We are going to slow our practice down a little bit and centre around our root charkra ❤️❤️

Yoga was full last night, and the Flow was strong their was a varying degree of abilities and ages and it felt just how Yoga should be all inclusive every one moving with each other but at their pace, sometimes the meditation feels uncomfortable for new joiners if they are unused to it.
But there is always a shift in energy from the beginning the class to the end.
The power of Yoga is visable to me as a teacher. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yoga has been full for most the summer my lovely Husband is going to remake my website and a booking system when he can, all regular students and regular drop ins have places automatically but new or less regular drops in will now need to confirm the day before for a place , so I don't accidentally over fill the hall ❤️💕❤️💕
It's been so lovely to have so many old and new faces joining and I feel so grateful for the experience and sharing yoga with you all 💕❤️
