Yoga was full tonight with such lovely movement and energy in the room.
This is such a fully accepting class which is what brings me most joy.❤️

We are exploring the Chakra series again at Thursdays yoga.
Our class last week was centred around the sacral chakra, for creativity, emotions and balance.
the class was full, with a playful energy we focused on our hips and balance.
Next week we will explore the fire in our belly.

Yoga with Lucy has started the new year with some lovely movement, a few new student's and many regular students returning, this year their will be some expansion I am looking forward to holding my Own retreat
As well as looking into teaching another class I am grateful always for the students who share yoga with me. ❤️
