Happy New Year from all the family at Koinonia! 🎉 We ended the year with a bang, with our annual staff pantomime for family members, guests, and staff - this year we tackled the classic tale of Snow White and The Seven Elves, with a twist! Oh Yes We Did! 🎭 ❤️

Today, we embarked on a fascinating journey to explore New Year Traditions from around the world! 🌎 We were privileged to hear from seven of our incredible staff members who shared how they celebrate the start of a new year in their home countries. We were amazed by the diverse and vibrant ways to usher in the new year - from dazzling fireworks to collecting 13 different fruits, barbeques, and even burning a figure of Santa! 🎉 But what struck us most was the common thread of love, family, and delicious food that runs through them all! 🍴 We feel blessed to have such a wonderfully diverse team who are eager to share their stories! 💕

Wishing everyone a very happy and blessed Christmas from all of the Koinonia family. Here are a few pictures from our Christmas party yesterday - plenty of delicious food, Robbie the illusionist stunned us all, live music from Tim (some people even danced!), we sang some carols and everyone had a great time.

We felt blessed to attend the nativity service at St Matthews Church on Sunday. We were warmly welcomed and treated to delicious refreshments. The children shone brightly as they brought the true meaning of the season to life in a heartwarming depiction of the nativity.

Congratulations to the winning team of our Festive Friendly Feud! They showed superior knowledge of the Bible and the Christmas story - although it was close, it all came down to a tie break round. In true Christmas spirit they shared their prize with the runners up! 🎄😃🏆

Our Carol Concert was a huge success. We heard the Christmas story through readings from our family members and sang some beautiful carols. Followed by delicious mince pies 🎶

We were blessed to be invited to a Christmas CAMEO session at St Matthews Church, where we were warmly welcomed with delicious refreshments and joined in making beautiful cards and bookmarks - and even learned the how to fold napkins for a special Christmas table. 🎄

A huge thank you to the Worthing TAB singers who visited us on Thursday evening to sing Christmas Carols with us. Everyone joined in and had a great time singing all the old favourites.
