I recently went for a walk with a friend who's re-found yoga. We talked about the shift of mind state yoga puts us in for that short time...there really is something transformative about it. Our minds are so constantly busy, yoga almost forces us to slow down, and just listen, reacquaint ourselves with our body.
I'll admit I've been so busy, with work and a very active toddler in tow, my practice has taken a back seat, so this conversation served as a prompt to get back into it...and today I took some slow steps. It felt good 🥰💚
