We have places available on our April programme in Anglesey for police, fire, ambulance and NHS workers. Our 5 day programmes empower life after trauma through coaching and outdoor activities 💚💛

The trauma you've encountered could be an injury, illness, or linked to an event, and it might have resulted in PTSD. It doesn't have to relate to your job.

Our life-changing programmes help get you back to being "you".
