The local GP practices and healthcare professionals have shown us so much support since we opened six months ago. Our favourite way to say thank you? Delivering a box of Jane's cakes straight to their door! Big love to our chefs for keeping the cake tins full and the Cafe well-stocked! 👏🫶

Come and join us for a day of Health & Wellbeing to mark World Mental Health Day on Friday 10th October.

We have a variety of activities happening. Taster sessions with specialist sports massage therapist, Ingrid Sbongk-Sonderfeld. Take part in a yoga class with Valerie, an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher.

Meet Portia, the Post-Op Nurse, and pick up some great advice on how to prepare whilst you're waiting for an operation.

Plus Meditation in our Cinema, a DrumFit exercise class, a smoothie-making workshop, and superfood snacks will be on offer. Don't delay, register your interest now!
