Are you struggling with something and can’t find a way through it? Do you want to change and develop, but don’t know which way to turn? I’m a trained and experienced counsellor, psychotherapist, development coach, career coach and business coach, including lifestyle design and health and fitness coaching. I work with all areas of personal wellbeing, confidence building, career development and change, and lifestyle enhancement. I’m also a fully qualified and experienced counsellor and psychotherapist, NLP Master Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. Areas of counselling focus include stress, anxiety and depression, emotional understanding and management, relationship issues, bereavement, sexuality and addictions. I also work extensively with businesses, to coach and develop individuals and teams, having worked and coached in a number of large companies and sectors over the last 20 years. This also involves providing support with problem solving, emotional intelligence, effective working, prioritisation and time management techniques and strategic direction.
