I offer vibrational frequency healing—using gentle tuning forks and science-based practice—drawing on experience that began with my first training in sound in 2005. My approach is informed by intensive study with Barbara Blakemore and advanced training with Dr John Beaulieu. This can be part of an integrated psychotherapy session or a standalone treatment for those seeking emotional, physical, or energetic balance.

Research shows that specific frequencies can regulate the nervous system, activate the vagus nerve, and support trauma recovery. Whether you’re looking to complement traditional therapy or explore vibrational healing on its own, I offer an evidence-based, compassionate approach.

This year the things I am most proud of is the work I do with my tuning forks (Nadi yoga) I started work with a number of non verbal clients in the summer who now point at the areas they want treating and at times have hugged me when I've picked up on areas that are causing pains that they haven't been able to communicate.

I have done healing work for 25 years and I have always been blessed and trusted to work with such a broad range of clients and ailments and I learn so much from all of my students, clients and teachers. I never stop learning and this year as I went into my own healing crisis with burn out, new teachers appeared and old teachers re emerged.

This year I have two more courses to complete, I no longer need to know where that will take me as I feel very much in flow. It's been a long and hard journey to get to that ...25 years by all accounts, more than half my life.

Highlights of the year, arranging a 30 year school reunion, spending time with Barbara Blakemore , working in care settings again and a new home 🏠.

The simple joy of having a double sided hug from my granddaughter and son, being able to provide a meal for friends and family now that is priceless !!!
